One common issue that may arise is that the construction site may contain unforeseen conditions, concerning the uneven grade that cannot be dramatically altered. These conditions can significantly impact the construction process and cost. To mitigate this, the we analyze the land and assist in creating a civil diagram with topo for addressing any unforeseen site conditions that may arise.
