AAMCC Board Member | Supporting the Future of Cultural Education in New Mexico
Reflecting his ongoing commitment to fostering creativity and celebrating cultural diversity, Eric Spurlock proudly serves on the board of AAMCC, the organization behind Muse BLK—a forthcoming cultural museum and educational center in New Mexico. This future space will feature a pavilion, workshops, and immersive programming that celebrates and educates through the lens of diverse cultural narratives.
Eric studied at the University of New Mexico from 1975 to 1985 while working under respected developer, Steve Hacker. These formative years laid the groundwork for what would become his deeply rooted and influential presence in the architectural fabric of the Southwest. Serving on the board of Muse BLK is a deeply personal honor for Eric, aligned with his lifelong passion for design and the shared mission to highlight heritage of the region alongside his fellow board members.
