A professionally licensed AIBD designer—the same credential held by leading HGTV names—he provides in-house drafting for complete construction plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, ensuring a flawless journey from concept to completion.

Since founding Eric Spurlock Custom Home Designs, LLC in his twenties, Eric has become New Mexico’s most awarded designer and a recognized leader in both design and community development. He currently serves on the board of a soon-to-launch museum and cultural center poised to become a landmark for education and entertainment alike. And when he isn’t shaping the spaces people call home, Eric can be found absorbing the latest in luxury design media—because, truthfully, his passion for design never takes a day off.

Heather Hilton | Interior Designer

Heather designs and curates interiors for clients both locally and nationwide, traveling as needed to transform each project into a deeply personal, one-of-a-kind experience. Every collaboration begins with a thoughtful discovery process—exploring inspirations, preferences, and cherished heirlooms—so that every design feels authentic, layered, and meaningful. Heather then translates these insights into beautifully cohesive concepts, weaving together textures, colors, and finishes that reflect her clients’ lifestyles, personalities, and stories.
